পণ্য বিনিময় এবং ফেরত নীতিমালা (Exchange & Refund Policy)

বিনিময় নীতিমালা
১. বিনিময়ের শর্তাবলী
  • পণ্যটি যদি মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হয়, ওজনে ভুল থাকে বা পণ্যের গুণগত মানে আপনি অসন্তুষ্ট হয়ে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি পণ্য বিনিময়ের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
  • পণ্য গ্রহণের ১০ দিনের মধ্যে বিনিময়ের জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাবে।
২. বিনিময় প্রক্রিয়া
  • আমাদের অবহিত করুন:বিনিময়ের জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন
  • ফেরত শিপমেন্ট: কাস্টমার কেয়ারের নির্দেশ অনুসারে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন এবং নতুন পন্যটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করে বুঝে নিন
  • আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বিনিময় পণ্য নিশ্চিত করুন। অনুগ্রহ করে পুরানো পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন এবং বিনিময়ের সময় কোনো অতিরিক্ত খরচ থাকলে তা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করুন।
পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা
১. ফেরতের যোগ্যতা
  • পণ্যটি ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে যদি পণ্যের গায়ে উল্লেখিত মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হয়, ওজনে ভুল থাকে, অথবা পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দেয়।
  • আপনি পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
২. ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া
  • প্রাথমিক পরিদর্শন:পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধির সামনে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরিদর্শন করুন। যদি কোনো ত্রুটি বা অসঙ্গতি পান, অনুগ্রহ করে সাথে সাথে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
  • আমাদের অবহিত করুন:কোনো ত্রুটি বা সমস্যার জন্য পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে কাস্টমার কেয়ারের মাধ্যমে আমাদের অবহিত করুন
  • ফেরত শিপমেন্ট: আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিমের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন।
৩. সময়সীমা ও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
  • আপনার ফেরত পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর, ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে তা প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
  • কুরিয়ার চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে পণ্যটির সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য আপনাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
  • প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সময় এবং অর্থ ফেরত নীতি:ফেরত পণ্য আমাদের হাতে পৌঁছানোর পর তা ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
  • কুরিয়ার চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে পণ্যের জন্য প্রদত্ত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।আপনার সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার।

  • Return Shipment: Return the product via courier service as instructed by Customer Care and check the new product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
  • Contact our Customer Care team to confirm the exchange product. Please return the old product and pay any additional charges through the delivery person during the exchange.
Product Return Policy

  • A product may be returned if the expiry date mentioned on the product has passed, the weight is incorrect, or there is any defect in the product.
